This home-based role is for a CYP Programme Facilitator within the newly established WeMatter Service. The digital service supports children and young people who have experienced domestic abuse.

Join a passionate and committed team as a Homicide Family Case Worker covering the whole of the North. As a fully trained professional, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload and providing trauma-informed support to vulnerable service users.
With excellent listening skills and the ability to demonstrate empathy, you will develop bespoke support plans and guide service users through the criminal justice process.
