Northern is seeking Conductors to join their Stations team, providing exceptional customer service to all customers. The position includes building relationships with customers, checking tickets and travel documents, making announcements, and dealing with unexpected delays and emergencies.
No prior rail industry experience is required, as Northern provides bespoke and interactive Conductor training for 12 weeks followed by an apprenticeship leading to a Level 2 Qualification.
