Question 1: Tell us about yourself?

Talking briefly about your interests and hobbies is acceptable. Try to concentrate on relevant work experience. Remember that having relevant work experience will give you an advantage over your competitors.

There are a number of possible answers to this question.

  • Mention how much you value the goods and services you receive from Boots and how delighted you would be to represent them.
  • Indicate in what ways you believe Boots stands out from the competition.
  • Be honest about your ability to communicate with customers and coworkers when applying for a job in customer service.

Suppose you were being interviewed for the position of customer service representative.

  • Consider mentioning your great interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for helping customers find what they’re looking for.
  • In order to help a customer find exactly what they’re looking for, you should demonstrate that you are an excellent listener.

  • Investigating the customer’s condition would be a top priority. To replace it, if it were my, I’d do so.
  • Instead of sending them in the right direction, I would walk them to the product they were looking for.

  • The employees are helpful and polite, and they go out of their way to assist customers in finding what they need.
  • At the cash register, customers aren’t stuck in line for long.

  • Your chances of getting employed increase if you are more flexible with your work schedule, so be flexible!
  • The interviewer should know if you are available to work on weekends and holidays if possible.
