Teleperformance Employee Reviews

1. It’s a pain to train: There is very little training, and it is disorganized to the point that it took two weeks to do nothing before being pushed into calls. Because there were so many individuals to train, there wasn’t a lot of guidance from management.

2. The pay was adequate, but the training didn’t adequately prepare you for the work: If you don’t know how to do something, you’ll have to figure it out on your own. Getting a hold of someone can be a challenge due to the poor communication.

3. Micromanagement: In this company, advancement is impossible. They don’t have a long-term contract. Following their security guidelines is an impossibility. It’s just too much to handle at this point.

4. Big bonuses are within your grasp!: Large bonuses can be earned if you put in a lot of overtime. Even if you’re late or call out, you still gain points because of the scoring system. There is a lack of communication from the top. Working here isn’t fun.

5. It’s a pleasure to work with them. Flexible working hours and a fast pace: Depending on the job, this is an acceptable company to work for. Training may have been a little longer, as it only lasts for two weeks before you’re thrust into the workforce. They offer remote access, which is a welcome convenience.

6. A work environment that was the worst I’d ever encountered: Don’t work for Teleperformance, period. Simple as that. The managers and supervisors are unpleasant and unhelpful in their training. I don’t think the salary is fair. Conditions are quite difficult. Expectations are ridiculously high for the money they pay.

7. It’s a good investment: Passing the test and earning between $16 and $19 is possible after a week of training. Working from home five days a week is an excellent option for someone who enjoys talking on the phone.

8. Not a good idea: My stipend was commendably generous. The management’s communication abilities were terrible. It wasn’t a pleasant place to work (virtually), and it was extremely taxing. Although it appears that they have an automobile, they aren’t.

9. Not horrendous, but not great either: Good enough for the purpose intended. And it’s a 12-dollar-an-hour gig. It’s unpleasant, and people on the phone treat you badly. A lack of managers or supervisors can make it difficult to aid in some situations.

10. Inefficiently maintained, out-of-date machinery: When I first started playing around with my coinbase account, I was intrigued. To be honest, training is a farce. Reading and e-learning take up most of your time. In the first two weeks, there is no coaching or teaching, to be honest. My immediate trainer had no idea when we were going to be training. Learning to utilize the antiquated clock took a long time. It was a complete chaos throughout the system. I’d say the salary was reasonable. It was damaged by shoddy operations and poor management.

11. Customer Service Agent: To put it mildly, I couldn’t stand the abusive bosses. After posing a question in Microsoft Teams, I was humiliated in front of the entire team. Those who want to work with this organization must have a tough exterior.

12. Pay Is Terrible: Lies about the project are told to you in order to begin recruitment. Because I was in need of a job, I agreed to take the job because you hired me for two different positions at once. HR doesn’t give a damn about how you’re feeling. They could care less. Even if you don’t have a doctor’s note, medical absences still count against you. If you have a high-speed internet connection, you’ll lose your pay if any of their systems fail. An emergency response agent is a low-paying job that requires a lot of personal responsibility.
